This etching print was
produced in the mid to late 1950’s and is part of a set of 18 that were commissioned
by the National Union Insurance Company.
It is especially appealing as it is done in a 19th century
style. The etching is the work of George
Hollrock, a prolific freelance artist specialized in illustrated commercial
art, greeting cards etc. It is printed on
textured card stock and measures 12” x 10”.
It is in excellent condition and would look great matted and framed.
Check my other auctions as I am listing all 18 prints in the series. These prints will make a fine complement to a collection of firefighting memorabilia. I will ship up to five prints for $5.00. If you do happen to win more than one, please wait until I send you an invoice before paying.
