Step 1: Prepare Most watch bands have “arrows' indicating the direction in which the pin is to be pushed out in. Do not go against this.

Step 2: Adjust the round platform on the bottom of the watch band tool to make your watch pin parallel with the needle.

Step 3: Made sure the band is level and everything is lined up.

Step 4: Turn the side wheel to adjust the push pin into the band pin and push out the pin.
