This interesting theme document has an ornate border around it with the company's name top center. This item is hand signed by the Company's President, H.F. Bertelsen and Secretary, C.L. Reese. This has a huge amount of hand written text on the back side about the surrender. It is also interesting that this certificate was actually by Bertelsen to himself. Mild edge wear and folded.
