TOMATO -BURLESQUE - 12 SEEDS (BLIGHT RESISTANT)
'Burlesque' is our new
superstar-gorgeous, juicy and prolific. Lovingly bred by Burpee, these large,
round vibrant, pure-red 280-350 g fruits entice with heirloom aromatics and
tangy tomato sweetness. Ripening from early August, the large fruits are
produced in clusters of three to four per truss. ' Burlesque' tomatoes are easy
to pick and show no cracking. Excellent blight resistance makes this useful
beefsteak for outdoor growing in central and southern Europe.

Sow in early spring 1/16 inch deep. Germination takes around 6-14
days at 65-75F.

Transplant the seedlings when large enough to handle into 3 inch
pots. Grow on under cooler conditions and when about 8 inches tall,
position in the greenhouse and plant out 24-36 inches apart.

Provide support and tie in regularly. Remove side shoots and
restrict the plant to one main stem. In late summer remove the growing
tip to hasten ripening.

Product Notes
The majority of our seed are now supplied in quality clearly labelled foils to ensure the freshness of seeds. A small number will be in sealed Ziplock pouches dues to seed size. Note cultivation advice is not attached on packets supplied as this allows us to keep packaging to a minimum and supply such high counts of quality seed at a fraction of high street prices. Full cultivation is provided above which can be copied or printed for those that require them.
