Selling as-is, Unit does not power on due to lack of resources.  From visual inspection, the unit is clean and no apparent damage or broken pieces.  All of our items come only with what is pictured or described in the description. Manuals, cables, power cords, accessories, etc. are not included unless pictured or noted in the description.  Note: Used items may show signs of prior use - scuffs, scratches, tape residue, staining, etc. Unit is tested for power but items are not tested for any analytical application, we don't run any tests at our facility and repairs may be required.
