Title page and last blank page show neatly stamped library stamp, book has no other markings and apparently was not placed on library shelf.

Several black and white photos throughout book, also lists of names, Pork Producer queen photos.

Photos are all captioned.

Paperback book is quite tight at binding, covers and pages appear to have hardly been opened. Pages are good quality white paper. Leaf edges with only tiny soil with last 4 pages in book having a bit of soil along front edge from storage. Short bio and photo of author on outside of back cover with comments from then-Governor Terry Branstad and former Governor Robert Ray; 2 senators plus 4 others.

Brown tone with white printing on front cover and back cover in light brown with black printing; covers have only slightest soil, good weight slick paper. There is a bit lighter, grey-brown 1/2" wide strip of fade all along front edge of spine from storage on shelf. Tips and edges of covers with only slightest wear, I keep book in plastic bag to preserve its "newness" even though it is 25+ years old.
