1. For items purchased and paid from Monday to Saturday, we will process your order within 24 hours. All Items purchased and paid on Sunday will ship the following Monday with the exception of holidays.Items purchased and paid on a holiday will ship the following business day.
2. If you order from the United States (excluding affiliated islands such as Hawaii and Puerto Rico), in most cases we will use USPS-Priority Mail (Express 2-3 Business Days) to ship your products. You will receive your product within 2-3 days. In a few cases, because the receiving address is remote from the warehouse, we will use UPS or USPS to ship the goods for you. 3. Regarding the delivery within 1 day as stated in the picture, if the order is only placed normally, we will ship the goods according to the normal logistics form. For some products with the words "delivery within 1 day", we support urgent delivery service (delivery within one day) , It’s just we that need to charge the corresponding freight according to the customer’s receiving zip code. If you need to deliver within 1 day, you can contact us and provide your zip code, we will help you inquire and provide the corresponding freight.
4. For international orders outside the United States, we will choose to ship in China. This may cost you about $35 in shipping. You will receive your product in about 15 days.
5. The EBAY "GUARANTEED" delivery dates do not actually nor reliably reflect the correct shipping dates from the shipping carriers "ESTIMATED" delivery dates.
6. We are not responsible for customs, duties or taxes associated with oversea orders.
7. If you have not received your shipment in item，please contact us.We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.Our goal is customer satisfaction!
