🛠️ How to Place Your Order

1. Upload your finished artwork (JPG or PNG) to Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.
2. Copy the public share link.
3. Add Product to your basket and proceed to checkout.
4. Paste that link in the “Message to Seller” box during payment.
5. Complete checkout on eBay. 
6. (If you need multiple prints, note the quantity here too.)

Template required: Artwork must match our template for the chosen format; contact us before purchase if you need it.

⏱️ Turnaround & Dispatch

• Printed 3–14 working days after we receive a valid file.
• Our own catalogue orders are printed first; custom jobs follow in queue.
• No express or rush options available.

📦 Packaging & Delivery

• Shipped flat in rigid board mailers – no rolls, no creases.
• Sent via Royal Mail 24/48 with tracking where available.

• Print-only service: We do not create or edit artwork.
• No returns, refunds, or reprints on custom jobs.
• We print files exactly as supplied. Low-resolution artwork will look low-resolution in print.
• No content restrictions: we’ll print any design you have.
