This Specbolt full restoration kit will come fully labeled and contain the following fastener sets for easy installation on your CR500.

FULL ENGINE:

• Crankcase Bolts and Drain Washer.
• Top End Kit including 7 Cylinder Head Acorn Flange Nuts paired with 7 Copper Crush Washers, Cylinder Base Nuts, Bolts for Reed Valve/Intake, Exhaust Manifold, Water Neck, and OE match M6 Coolant Drain Bolt w Copper Washer.
• Left Side Engine Cover (Ignition) and Case Saver bolts. Sprocket guard bolts.
• Right Side Engine Covers (Clutch 1pc or 2pc) with the Oil Check Bolt and Copper Washer.
• Water Pump including the Coolant Drain Bolt and Copper Washer

CHASSIS/BODY:

• Exhaust Pipe Muffler and Silencer Mounting Bolts and Nuts.
• Frame includes Bolts and Nuts for Head Stay, Lower Subframe Bolts, Ignition Coil, and Motor Mount Nuts (Sorry no motor mount bolts or upper subframe bolt available).
• Front End includes all bolts for Upper and Lower Tripleclamps, handlebar clamps, Front Brake Caliper, Front Axel Pinch Bolts/Nuts, Front Number Plate, and Fork Guard Bolts.
• Front Brake Master Cylinder contains Bolts for Perch, Brake Fluid Reservoir Cover Screws, and a new Fuji Lock nut for your Lever pivot bolt.
• Front Fender Bolts, Collars, and fender Washers.
• Front & Rear Brake Rotors Bolts and Locking Nuts.
• Fuel Tank Mounting Bolts for Tank, Radiator Shroud Bolts and Collars, and Petcock.
• Throttle / Clutch Perch Bolts and Pivot Nut.
• Shifter / Kick Start bolt.
• Radiator Mounting Bolts and Washers.
• Rear Brake Guard Bolts.
• Rear Brake Master Cylinder and Reservoir Bolts.
• Rear Fender Mounting Bolts, Washers, and Lock Nuts.
• Rear Wheel Sprocket Bolt and Chain Adjuster Bolt Sets.
• Seat / Side Panels Mounting Bolts and Collars.
• Swing Arm Hardware for Chain Guide, Chain Slider, Chain Rollers, and Brake Line Guides.

*With a Nickel Wurks kit, you will get that Full Wurks look for your bike. Think Titanium look without the high price tag.

*With a Zinc Finish kit, you will get the factory look for your CR500. Think OEM looking restoration set, all in a single kit.

Note: Won't have Axles, Rear Suspension Bolts or Big Motor Mount Bolts. No M10 bolts in nickel so in those cases we still will supply you with a new zinc bolt to replace your original.
