- However, today sometimes walls are sealed to maximise heat efficiency.

Installation:
- Wall vents are easy to install.
- On a sealed wall, to get the original look, we recommend painting the ceiling area black so the vents 'pop'.
- The vent needs to be attached with ceiling adhesive (plaster mix) and held in place with two nails until the adhesive dries.
- We have the adhesive for sale in our store.
Packing and delivery:
- Items will be packed securely and with the upmost care to prevent any potential damages.
- All packages are preferably sent via Sendle first, then Auspost, depending on address.
- Occasionally items do get damaged in transport. On reception, we must be notified within 12 hours so we can raise a case with the freight company. Clear photos must be sent of the package, damage and label and we will inspect. Upon our approval, we will send a replacement free of charge.
- Please note, we protect our products like works of art and do our absolute best, but ultimately shipping is at your own risk.

Returns:
- 7-day return policy, buyer to pay for postage.
- Must arrive undamaged and in original condition.
- Upon inspection a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
