Middleton Foods Golden Dragon Chinese Curry Sauce Mix
An authentic tasting Chinese curry sauce mix suitable for making a pouring sauce as used by takeaways and fish and chip shops.
Whisk 50g of dry mix to 200ml of cold water.
(500g of dry mix to 2 litres of cold water.)
Bring to the boil while stirring, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Adjust water content for thicker or thinner sauce.

Store in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight
