This figure is brand new, it was briefly removed from it's plastic seal so that I could take photos of the figure. Normally I would keep the figure sealed and use a stock photo, but the available stock photos for this figure were so low quality I felt is was best to open the figures for a moment to get nice pictures. Please keep in mind the figure is not sealed, rather "open box" new condition. If there is a multiple quantity on this listing, that means there's a chance you will receive one that is still sealed in it's original plastic. I'm a collector myself, I know how important it is to maintain the condition of collectables such as these. Rest assured I treat my anime goods with the upmost care when packing and shipping them, to ensure they arrive the same condition as the pictures show.

Returns for buyers remorse are accepted, though the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will not be refunded the original shipping cost. Due to this, I implore you to carefully review the pictures and description before making a purchase. If the return is due to a fault of my own, such as sending the wrong item, the buyer will be fully refunded and not be responsible for return shipping costs. Should any issues arise, please contact me before involving eBay or initiating a return, I will always do everything I can to resolve a problem.
