Hard cover book measures 5.0 x 7.5" and consists of 96 pages, very slight storage odor.

Dust jacket has wear at tips with small pieces gone. There is a 1x2" long uneven piece gone from jacket at spine head, extends onto both covers and across spine head, my photo shows piece missing on front. Long crease on back extends out from missing piece area. There is rubbing along jacket edges and light ink transfer on back from storage. Dust jacket flaps inside show some areas of age spotting, no text obscured.

Red-orange hard covers are very slightly worn, few tiny brown spots on cover surfaces. Slight fade at spine head; good, small dark title on spine.

Pages and covers are good at spine, pages are mid-ivory in color, good weight paper. Few small, brown random age use spots. Handwritten owner name on first blank page.
