We offer a FREE next working day delivery service to UK Mainland destinations on all orders over £100. Place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday to get same day dispatch.

Non-UK Mainland Destinations including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly may be subject to a small delivery fee, and you can expect delivery within 1-5 working days of ordering.

Returns

Change Of Mind

You have 30 days from receiving your goods to decide if you wish to keep them. If during that time you change your mind and would like to return the item please contact us via the eBay platform.

Once the return has been authorised you will be provided with a Returns ID and you will be required to return the item(s) to us at your own cost. Please make sure you have your proof of purchase as this will be required to complete your return.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

All our items are of a fragile nature which is why we package all our items professionally with heavy-duty boxes and padded foam to help securely transport your item(s). Should your item(s) arrive with any broken parts, signs of damage or manufacturing faults you must report this to us within 30 days of purchase via the eBay platform from the date the item was received so we can claim. If you try to submit a claim after the 30-day period, we are unfortunately unable to validate the claim and will not be able to issue a refund. We are unable to issue a refund if damaged upon receipt is reported after the product is installed.

Please take a clear photograph of the fault/damage and include this when getting in touch with us as without this information we may not be able to approve your return.

Returning your goods

*Please note* In order to qualify for a refund on items that have not been installed. We ask that all items be returned unused and in a good re-sellable condition, including the original packaging, fixings and documentation. Please use clear tape only to re-seal the packaging, attach the returns form to the outside of the box and make sure you do not write directly onto the cardboard.

Once the item(s) has arrived back with us and have gone through our quality checks we will issue your refund within 7 working days from the time the item(s) were received by us. Please note that refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 2-5 working days.

We do recognise that items of a fragile nature can sometimes arrive damaged which is why we ask you to check your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. If there is any damage, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Pebble Grey Ltd reserve the right to refuse late notifications of damage.
