Vintage Fisher Price Tuff Stuff 1999 Cassette Player w/Microphone Not Working. Condition is "Used".

Cosmetically the item is in very good condition. Colours are all bright, clear cassette window, clean battery compartment. The play, fast forward, and rewind buttons have their respective symbols faded or erased from use. The item has been tested and partially works. The volume knob works. An inserted tape does wind when using fast forward and rewind, the tape starts spinning when play is pressed, the stop/ eject button both stops the tape and opens the tape door. The only problem is the tape does not play despite the tape within rolling. Only static can be heard. Could possibly be repaired using a cassette cleaner to fix the head reading the cassettes.
