Description

If you are looking for an all natural necklace, good for a luau or a trip to Tahiti, this is the one. The components are beads strung on a chain, the finding is an infinity symbol shaped hook (has openings for the ring that makes the closure) in 925 sterling silver. The beads are carved vegetable ivory (tagua nut), both flowers and a barrel shaped bead with carved detail, hand crafted brown glass, coconut shell discs and some very lightweight beads that appear to be covered with coconut fiber that has shellac over the fibers to adhere them down to the bead's surface. There are also some tiny black wood (ebony?) beads that serve as spacers. The piece is 24" long and once on the beads all fall towards the center (on its own the beads are somewhat loosely strung on the chain) and it looks pretty magnificent, so much texture and style. It's unusual and a wow piece, any way you look at it. The coconut shell discs are amazing!

I will combine multiple items into a single shipment for you. Often this means you will get a full refund on the shipping of the second item. You will find in most cases you get at very least a partial refund of shipping. Please purchase and pay shipping and then wait for your refund. It ends up working out best for both of us this way. (do not put your items in the cart and let ebay do the combining for you please)

Jewelry comes from estate sales, estate auctions and sometimes (when the weather is decent) flea markets and garage sales. I test for precious metals and do my best to identify gemstones. I have a Presidium Gem tester. Sometimes I take things to my local jeweler if I'm stumped. I will refund if you are not happy with your purchase but I do take pains to make sure you will be happy.

Happy EBAY to you! I hope you come back again and again for gifts, to treat yourself and to add to your collection. You never know what I might find so I do hope you will check back every so often. I list new items almost every day of the week. I'm a work horse!
