This sale is for this vintage brass cylinder shaped  fishing weigh scale stamped on one side  "Salter " .The other side has  Made in England  It goes up to 4lbs     I believe is from the late  early 1900's   .The item  is aprox 10  " Long  with the ring and hook   .
