Fits Dexter and most other 3,500 lb idler axles with #84 spindles.
Your axle must have the brake flange (4 hole flange, 4 on 4" diameter, or 2.75" square pattern, center of hole dimensions, standard pattern for all 10" brakes) already welded on for these to bolt onto.
ADD brakes to your existing trailer or replace the brakes that are on there. 
Raw steel, may contain surface rust.
