For best results

Melt soap in a microwavable container or shaving mug.  let stand until solid again.

What I find to work best is run hot water into mug until full then run shaving brush under hot water to warm it up.  Once brush is warm enough for you dump water out of mug and shake off water from brush 2-3 times.  You want brush to be wet but not dripping.  Swish brush in mug and soap until a rich foamy lather is built up. ( I go in circles ) Run brush around all excess lather and apply to face.  Shave and enjoy.
