Replacements are generally shipped via express within 24-48 hours, to avoid keeping you waiting any longer than you have to.

The following shipping methods are available:

  • FREE: Domestic Letter with Tracking (bubble mailer or tough cardboard envelope)
  • Domestic Letter with Tracking (tough cardboard envelope plus bubble wrap where necessary)
  • Standard parcel (faster to arrive than domestic letter)
  • Express post parcel (usually arrives within a few days)

Orders are almost always shipped the same if they aren't placed to late in the day. Orders placed later in the day may be shipped the next day. Orders rarely take longer than 24-48 hours to be shipped.
