Engine Unit Fully Dismantled And Cleaned,
Cylinder Head Is Stripped And Deep Cleaned Followed By A Skim And Pressure Test, Installed With Brand new stem seals,
Cylinder Bores Are Checked For Wear And Re-Honed,
Crankshaft Is Inspected And Polished Or Ground Depending On Condition Of The Journals.
Engine Is Then Reassembled Using O.E Or Equivalent Parts Which Includes A New Timing Belt/Chain Inc Balance Shaft Belt And Tensioner's, Piston Rings, Victor Reinz Head Gasket, Elring Cylinder Head Bolts, ACL Main And Big End Bearings And Fresh Seals And Gaskets.
