Hook sizes can be different (2-5mm), please allow a small degree of variance in pipe height due to the nature of threaded products.

 We provide clear pictures, measurements where possible. Please check as much as possible to make sure the item is the one that you need.

 Natural unfinished hook is not suitable for a wet room, as cast iron tend to rust in the room with a higher moisture. To reduce the risk of corrosion, you can buy powder coated hook (in black or other colours).

Normally, the order will be delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch, but in case of any postage delay we kindly request a waiting period of at least 15 working days to consider it as lost in transit then we would send a replacement. 

Our Royal Mail 48h delivery service is FREE of charge. We do offer a Royal Mail 1st class service which you can select when purchasing your gift. Please note however Royal Mail's 1day service isn't guaranteed the next working day, they aim to deliver within 1-2 days.

Items which are ordered over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you are not happy with your item, please return in the original packaging and unused within 7 days.

The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return. Postage and packaging will NOT be refunded.

Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 7 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.

When returning an item please put a note with the fault or the reason for return and your Ebay order ID and Surname to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
