This is a Victor Hack Saw Blades Victor Saws Works Inc. Middletown, New York advertising folding file. The file is almost 7” long opened and 3 1/4” long closed. It is in good condition with discoloration to the handle. Some of the lettering is worn. I have no idea how old it is.
