The Serious Steel resistance band door anchor can be used on any door. 

Whether you set it up in the your garage gym, your living room, or your office, all you need is a sturdy door that closes firmly and you're ready to workout.

MUST be used on the hinged side/Jam side of the door for safety. Pull in the same direction as the door closes.
