SHIPPINGPlease note that free delivery is for the samples ONLY. We will dispatch the order on same working day if it is ordered by 3pm. Delivery cost for flooring depends on the size of your order and your location. Please contact us to check that we can deliver to your postcode and to check the price. Also, you are very welcome to visit our showroom and warehouse in Harlow and collect the flooring yourself.
RETURNIf you don't receive the sample within 7 days please contact us for a free replacement or refund. You may return any unopened, non-damaged, resalable items for exchange or refund within 14 days from date of purchase as long as stock is still available in store. No returns will be accepted after flooring has been installed. Any items returned without return authorisation, including cancelled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
