Engineered for reliable data storage across embedded systems, IoT modules, BIOS/UEFI firmware, and consumer electronics, these chips deliver fast read speeds up to 133 MHz with low power consumption. Available in 4 MB (W25Q32), 8 MB (W25Q64), and 16 MB (W25Q128) densities.

Compatibility: These chips are drop-in replacements for W25Q32FV, W25Q64FV, W25Q128FV and many other 3.3V SPI flash devices. Verify pinout compatibility with your design.

Handling: Observe ESD precautions. Soldering temperature should not exceed 260°C for more than 10 seconds.
