This is a Japanese Dark Electrode (aka Warui Marumine, aka Bad Round Mine) card from the Team Rocket set (English 34/82). I am marking it as damaged because of the bend, visible on the lower front. See picture. Otherwise in pretty excellent shape; corners are almost perfect. Shipped free with USPS First Class and tracking.
