Return Policy
We will be happy to accept returns for any unwanted items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Due to the nature of the items that we sell unwanted returned items must be unused/unworn. A refund will be given minus the initial postage and packing charge.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive has been damaged in transit to you or is faulty we will provide a full refund including the intial postage and packing charge and will also reimburse you for returning the item to us via Royal Mail. Usually a picture will be fine rather than having to return a faulty item. Please advise us immidiatley with regards to faulty/damaged items via Ebay messaging service.

Giving instant negative or neutral feedback because of any dissatisfaction without any communication at all is not the best way to solve the problem.

Which Cloth Do I Need?
JEWELLERY & WATCHES Use a Selvyt JC impregnated cloth to remove the dirt and grime from the
item then give the piece a final polish with a Selvyt SR or Selvyt PR
"A" cloth. This will have your precious items looking just like new.
SILVER Jewellery: As above but use the Selvyt SC cloth for the cleaning
operation. This cloth contains an anti-tarnish ingredient which keeps

polishing cloth.
GUNS To clean normally soiled guns first use a Selvyt JC cloth to take off
the dirt and grime then polish with a Selvyt PR Heavyweight "C" cloth.
SPECTACLES To clean use Lens impregnated cloth to wipe the lens then polish
with a Selvyt SR or Selvyt MF lens cleaning cloth.
MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS Brass : Clean with Brass and Copper Impregnated cleaning cloths then polish with Selvyt SR or Selvyt PR "B" cloths.
BOOTS & SHOES Apply shoe polish and lightly polish with reverse of Selvyt SR or Selvyt
PR "B"cloth to take off excess polish, then polish briskly the boot or
shoe with the raised side of the cloth to obtain an enviable shine.
CRYSTAL Polish with a SELVYT PR "B" cloth.
CARS Use a Selvyt SR or Selvyt PR "C" cloth to buff the paintwork after
