This design does not name or bear a direct likeness to any Collegiate or Professional sports team, their emblems, logos, or trademarks. They are not to be considered officially licensed by any sports organization, their parent company, or school. This design is unique, and was created by us, in-house, and no copyright infringement or trademark infringement of any sports organization is intended.

These soft cotton shirts have quality that you can see and feel, and should last a long time. Although a little thicker than average T-shirts, they are easy wearing, and breathable.

Because of the printing process, our clothing items that have designs on them may have a vinegar-like smell to them when you take them out of the package. That smell is temporary and will go away after you have washed the garment for the first time. So, please wash the garment before wearing it.

Type of inks used for the designs:

Genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks are used. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Garment Care instructions:

Using the following methods should allow the design(s) on the shirt to last a long time-

Do not dry clean.

Bleach is not recommended.

Only hand wash or machine wash with similar colors if possible, or by itself, using cold water and a mild detergent, with the shirt turned inside out to keep the design(s) from making contact with other clothing. When washing in a machine, use the delicate/gentle cycle.

After washing is complete, promptly hang the shirt up to dry.

It is not recommended to dry the shirt in a clothes dryer, but if it is done, tumble dry on the lowest setting.

If the shirt needs ironing, iron it turned inside out, making sure not to apply the iron to the design(s)

Depending on your selections, your order may arrive in separate packages, and on different days.

As of Jan 28, 2020, we are only accepting orders from the U.S. and Canada. We plan to include other countries later on.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy In Detail:

We want you to be satisfied with your orders from us, but we understand that there may be times when human errors occur.

If you would, before attempting to return any items, contact us using the eBay messaging system.

When contacting us, please take pictures of the packing slip(s) and the item(s),

Describe the problem(s) with the item(s),

Attach the pictures you took in the area provided, and send the message.

What if I have worn a clothing item and want to return it for a refund?:

If a clothing item has been worn, please do not return it to us. We do not give refunds for worn clothing items. This is in accordance with the eBay return guidelines.

What if I just didn't like the item, or changed my mind and I don't want the item?:

If a clothing item has or hasn’t been tried on, send it back to us within 30 days of receipt, after contacting us through the eBay messaging system. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs for that item.

What if I found a better price for a similar item?:

Assuming that the item has not been worn, send it back to us within 30 days of receipt, after contacting us through the eBay messaging system. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs for that item.

What if I ordered the item by mistake?:

If it is defective or damaged, send it back to us within 30 days of receipt, after contacting us through the eBay messaging system, and we will pay the return cost.

If the item is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs for that item.

These are the other situations where we will pay for return shipping of clothing and non-clothing items, according to our guidelines and eBay’s guidelines:

If a clothing item doesn't fit because of a factory sizing error

If a non-clothing item doesn't work, is damaged in shipping, or is defective

If any item doesn't match the listing description or photos

If a wrong item was sent to you

If any item is missing parts or pieces

If any item arrived damaged

If any item arrived too late, that is, outside of the projected time frame given to you in the listing, and when you placed the order

Refunds:

What if I want to exchange a clothing item that was tried on, or not tried on?:

Clothing items that have been either tried on, or not tried on can be returned to us for a refund. Then, when you are ready, purchase the other item(s) that you are interested in. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs for that item.

All of our designs are applied / printed in the U.S.A., except for those orders handled outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Our designs are created by us in-house, in the United States of America.

We have unique designs that you won’t find anywhere else. Designs that are as unique as you are.

Where Are Our Items Made?:

We strongly believe in supporting American employees FIRST, especially during this time of the pandemic. So, whenever possible, we offer items that are made in the United States of America.

We also believe in informing you in our listings of the countries of manufacture for all of our items, so that you can make the RIGHT decisions for you.

Items ordered from countries other than the U.S. and Canada are usually sourced from other countries.

At times, there may be notification delays between us and our material supplier(s) concerning country of origin changes, which may be because of a material substitution if a USA-made item is not available, therefore it is possible that you may receive items made in countries that our listings didn’t reflect.
