Ryukyu LimeStone (Okinawa)


Meaning: amulet, purifications, revival or body`s energy

It is widely distributed in the Nansei Island, and occupies about 30 of the land in Okinawa prefecture.

It is a porous sedimentary rock composed mainly of calcium carbonate from coral freed and shells deposited in the sea, tens of thousands of years ago in Pleistocene era.

In Okinawa Prefecture it has been used for a long time as a building material to make such as cobblestones, store walls, tombs and or the Shiri Castle.

It is a familiar stone for Okinawa people. It has excellent moisturizing and breathability, low thermal conductivity and attractive fossil patter.

When Shiisa (Okinawa stone lion) is combined with this stone the power are maximizes.

Be sure to place the Lion toward the entrance. "Good luck invitation" and "exorcism" are demonstrated.
