This is a NEW Signature Performance Drag 4 Semi Cleaver, it is 14 1/2  X 28, RIGHT HAND ROTATION, it is  a very fast propeller with lots of bow lift.  This is a Hill Marine casting, made in the USA.  These propellers have been working really well!  Hill Marine's Part Number:  PPD428
