• FLU/RUNNY NOSE

  Apply on baby’s soft spot and belly button. Rub onto chest until warm. (The soft spot is the area on top of the head where the bones of the skull have not quite joined.)
• BABY’S BATH

  Apply to baby’s soft spot and belly button before and after bathing to prevent chills.
• STOMACH ACHE/WIND

  Rub oil between palms and apply onto stomach slowly with downward strokes. Repeat until the area warms up.

  Drip a few drops into ear and stuff with cotton. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day until pain is reduced.
