This Memory upgrade is for the Dell Optiplex 7040 SFF (Small Form Factor) and MT (Mini-Tower) only.  These parts do NOT fit the Optiplex 7040 All-In-One nor Micro form factors.  This is a 32gb Kit consisting of quantity 4 modules x 8gb PC4-17000 DDR4-2133 non-ecc, unbuffered desktop modules.  These are brand new parts directly from the manufacturer .
