Item is Used - but still in excellent / shave ready condition (just needs a sharpen and strop).

This is a nice example of an antique or vintage German Hollow Ground Straight Razor retailed by G. Cooke and Son of 49 High Street, Oxford. I don't think that they were a maker as such - but they may well have been a quality retailer or barber. The condition of the blade is excellent and it still has a lot of life left in it (doesn't appear to have been used and sharpened much if at all in its lifetime. There is one very small hairline crack at the base of one of the fins, but this doesn't effect functionality of structural integrity of the razor because this is where the scales bond and are reinforced. This may appeal to the straight shave enthusiasts looking for a quality razor to use or may possibly be of interest to collectors because of the G. Cooke & Son, Oxford connection?
