You are looking at a used Heirloom Tradition figure ornament by Maud Humphrey Bogart entitled "Susanna".  This item measures approximately 2 1/2 inches tall.   It is accented with a little girl in a white dress wearing a flower and feather hat.  She is playing a banjo.  There is a ribbon that enables it to hang.  The total height for the ornament with the ribbon included is 5 1/4 inches.
