1. Stage 1: is for Orthodontics:  using A1 first, which is soft , to give the mouth a time to accommodate.
Wear time is around 5~7months.

2. Stage 2: is to Consolidateharder, use A2, the hard one.

How to use:
Step 1:Hold the Trainer with Tongue Tag up
Step 2:Place the Trainer into the mouth
Step 3:Keep tongue positioned on the Tongue Tag
Step 4:Gently bite down on the Trainer
Step 5:Keep lips together and breathe through nose
     
 Attention:
The time of continuous using should not exceed 8hrs.
At first week,your teeth may feel pain and soreness,this is normal.You need keep on using everyday.
Slight pain is normal, please shorten the using time.
If you feel significant pain, please stop using.
Tooth orthodontic is a long process, please be patient for the effect.
Wash the corrector in hot water before use. If necessary, using a toothbrush and toothpaste for brushing.
You may have a foreign body sensation, nausea, slobber more, tooth pain and other symptoms, to adapt slowly will ease.
