We prepare this sweet treat with creamy nougat wrapped in a buttery, homemade caramel covered in a thick layer of fresh pecan pieces. Eat it as a double-handed candy bar or slice it up and share it with friends. Our old-fashioned traditional log rolls are loaded with Texas Pecans. Each package contains 2 individually wrapped large 5-oz pecan log rolls. Our log rolls are made fresh right here in our orchard kitchen.
