This pair of lounge pants has a 1/2" elastic waistband with a beige string tie and just pull up. They have an open fly and front pockets that open at the side seams.  The waistband measures 40" before stretching and 50" totally stretched and the inseam measures 30".  These lounge pants are red and black in a checked pattern; and have a soft feel to the material. They are made of 100% cotton and are machine wash/tumble dry.  They are new with the tag attached.
