Antique solid brass school bell with wooden handle.  Detailed casting with raised, rounded striping near the opening.  The wooden handle is impressed with a "10" near the top.  Measures 10-1/2" long overall with the bell diameter nearly 5-1/2".  Weighs over 4 pounds.  Loud, strong sound.  No cracks.  Great patina.  Please see photos for detailed condition.  Recently obtained from a local estate where it had been stored away for generations.  A wonderful piece from an era long gone.  Thanks for looking.  Mike.
