Performance Machine 4 Piston Brake Caliper Brake Pads

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AD BEFORE PURCHASING!!!! PERFORMANCE MACHINE MAKES SEVERAL DIFFERENT MODEL BRAKE PADS AND WE ARE NOT SURE WHAT YEARS, MAKES AN MODELS THESE WILL WORK FOR. THERE ARE MEASUREMENTS BELOW THAT NEED TO BE MATCHED UP WITH YOUR PADS TO SEE IF THEY WILL WORK FOR YOU!!!!

**You are bidding on a new set of Motor Factory organic brake pads for Performance Machine (4-piston, 11mm pad) or possibly for custom calipers. The label says these are 124x4R but the catalog states these are 137x4. We do not know which is correct. Please read our terms listed below and bid accordingly.

**We received this in a dealer buy out and all of the information we have on it is listed here. The 1st three pictures show the brake pads. The 4th picture shows the label on the package with part #8009009. The last picture shows the listing for this in the 2009 Custom Chrome catalog. Consider all of this before bidding.

**PLEASE NOTE: There is a discrepancy between the label and the catalog listing. The label states that these are 125x4R pads while the catalog states that they are 137x4 pads. We are not sure which is correct, however, we are including the measurements so that you can decide which is correct. The entire brake pad, including the backing plate, measured about 69mm wide, 49mm tall at the center and 11mm thick. The pad alone, without the backing plate, measured about 67mm wide, 33mm tall at the center and 7.5mm thick. Please keep in mind these measurements were taken with a digital caliper which isn't very high quality therefore we do not know how accurate these measurements are. Please review our terms listed below and bid accordingly.

**This auction includes everything seen in the pictures. Anything else required will have to be provided separately.

**This is new and in great shape. Please keep in mind that we carry older inventory that may have been sitting in warehouses for some time. There may be light scratches/scuffs to this but it is otherwise undamaged. Please keep all of this in mind when bidding.

**According to the 2009 catalog this retails for $21.99. Our starting price is well below that.

We can only offer combined shipping for items purchased within a five day period. We will try to combine your items to reduce the shipping cost when practical; however, we cannot combine heavy items with fragile items, multiple large items, etc. If you purchase multiple items and pay for them individually, within a few hours of each other, we will attempt to combine your order if practical. If an item has already been packaged for shipping and you purchase another item we will NOT repackage your items, they will ship separately. Shipping Quotes: If you are interested in purchasing multiple items and would like to know what your shipping amount will be before purchasing the items please use the “Ask Seller a Question” link and provide the following information: Items’ listing numbers and titles, quantities of each item you are interested in and where you would like the items shipped to. Shipping & Payment Terms for Buyers Located in the United States:

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard, we do not accept personal checks. Payment must be received within 10 days of purchase or we will open a “Non-Paying Bidder” dispute with eBay. If you pay with PayPal please verify your PayPal address is correct as we will only ship to the registered PayPal address. We will not make any exceptions in regards to shipping addresses and methods of payment which we accept.

Shipping Terms: This item will be shipped in a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate package. If you are interested in arranging alternate shipping methods such as overnight delivery, second-day delivery, etc. please contact us via email prior to purchasing the item so we can verify if this is feasible. Please keep in mind we will NOT make alternate shipping arrangements over the phone; all correspondences must be made via email.

USPS policy prohibits shippers from filing a missing package claim until 20 days have passed since the shipping label was generated; therefore we are unable to begin a claim until the 20 days have passed.

Shipping & Payment Terms for Buyers Located Outside the United States:

Payment Methods: We only accept PayPal payments for international orders, we will NOT make any exceptions to this policy! We will only ship to the address on your PayPal account, we will NOT ship to any other address. Payment must be received within 10 days of purchase or we will open a “Non-Paying Bidder” dispute with eBay.

Shipping Terms: This item will be shipped in a USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate package. We will NOT falsify information on customs forms, please do NOT ask. The purchase price of the item(s) purchased will be the amount displayed on the forms. Buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees.

USPS International Priority Mail is often delivered within 7-14 days; however, this is not guaranteed delivery time. If you have not received your item within 30 days please contact us so we can inquire about the package’s location. After receiving your item(s) you have 14 days to inspect your order for damage, completeness and overall satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your order you are eligible to return it in accordance with our return policy:

• Our customer service email is noted on the invoice inside your package. Please email that department within 14 days of receiving your item to begin the return process.
• If your item is damaged please retain all of the packaging material, original shipping box, and the item’s original packaging as the shipping provider may request photos of this material to investigate the damage claim.
• If you receive an item which is materially different (ie. the item received is a different color, design or completely different) than what was shown in the eBay listing please contact our customer service department at the email noted on your invoice so we can begin the return process and issue you a full refund once we receive and inspect the item.
• If the item is not materially different and you decide you do not want the item you purchased please retain the original packaging as the item MUST be returned to us in the same condition it was shipped. You are responsible to pay the return shipping cost and insure the item for the full purchase price. A $10.00USD restock fee will be deducted from your refund to cover eBay fees and processing.
