Aloe Vera Leaf Powder,

Aloe Vera provides us with an amazing number of vitamins and minerals that can help reduce inflammation and fight free radical damage. It also promotes digestion and liver functions and supports Intestinal health & removal of toxic elements. Aloe Vera also supports healthy menstrual flow in women and skin purification and general nourishment.

Organic Ashwagandha Powder

Ashwagandha powder also known as Winter Cherry. It naturally contains alkaloids, Choline, fatty acids and amino acids. It supports a healthy immune system, help to relieve stress and promote healthy functioning of the adrenal system. This powder can be added into smoothies and juices and can easily be sprinkled into porridge, muesli and yoghurt. You can also make Ashwagandha tea by boiling the powder in water for 10min.

It should be noted that lovage root compounds called furanocoumarins which some people may have a photosensitive reaction to. No other non-medicinal uses are known for this herb.

Maca is mix of red, yellow, purple and black roots, it is grown organically in Peru using traditional techniques and has a long growing period of up to eight months. After harvesting it is slowly air dried before being milled to a powder.

We use Royal Mail's services for our shipping. Most items that are sent 2nd class services to every other weekday and they'll no longer deliver 2nd Class mail on Saturdays. They will aim to normally get delivered within 3-5 working days, however Royal Mail can sometimes take longer for delivery.

During bad weather conditions, holidays or sale days such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc, this duration can go up to 10 working days. Please be patient during these circumstances and allow a longer delivery time.

Please allow 10 working days for items posted using Royal Mail's standard services (2nd Class) before contacting us regarding an item not received as the item will still likely be on its way to you. As per Royal Mail, items cannot be considered lost until 10 working days after due delivery date have passed. Contacting us will not speed up the process as once goods have been dispatched it is beyond our control how quickly Royal Mail deliver items.
