Returns
  • Products damaged or defective MUST be reported within 14 days after being received. Pictures of item(s) and packaging might be required in order to process the return
  • Mirrors will only have a 7 day warranty. If you have received a defective mirror, you must report it immediately
  • Refund or replacement does not apply to damages resulting from negligence and/or misuse
  • Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee to send product(s) back to seller. No Exceptions.
  • Buyer is responsible for the shipping & handling fee if package is returned back to the seller because of incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Promotional free item(s) may be offered with your purchase. If the item(s) is returned for refund, buyer will return the promotional gift or the actual cost of the gift item will be deducted from the refund
  • Because of sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: Makeup Brushes
  • In order to return an item, you must contact us to request a Request Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). RMA numbers are valid for 5 business days
  • Returns must include the following:
    ** Original packaging
    ** All accessories
    ** Unexpired RMA number for the correct product
    ** RMA number written on the return label. Do not write on the shipping and/or manufacturer\'s box
  • Returned Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee when it is returned or refunded
  • Images are taken with a high quality digital camera. The images are reviewed for accuracy before being placed on the website. Every computer has different color settings. We are not responsible for the color settings on you system. Slight differences in color hue between the website and the physical item is possible. Major differences in color between the website and the physical item or wrong picture for the item is a mistake. Please notify us immediately.
