DELIVERY

As all our items are made to order, for this bed frame please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch. All our deliveries are made Monday-Friday using both courier services and our own vans. However should you require a weekend delivery we will try our best to meet your requirements, but there would be an additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DELIVER TO NORTHERN/SOUTHERN IRELAND OR ANY ISLANDS.

ANY DELIVERIES MISSED THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR £40 FOR RE-DELIVERY


RETURNS

Please ensure the packaging is intact when accepting and signing for a delivery. Do not sign and accept the delivery if the packaging is seriously damaged.

We do offer money back guarantee or an exchange if there is a manufacturing fault with the item.
