Here on offer is a rare antique Victorian large crystal inkwell with a fossil granite base.

This beautiful inkwell is made from cut crystal with beautiful elegant facets. There are some very minor nibbles to some corners. It has a hinged lid with a metal collar, there is some gilding evident on the metal. The inkwell is fixed into position on the granite plinth which has densely packed fossils and is dark brown/grey in colour.

The inkwell is in good order with little damage or wear. 

The inkwell is offered in good antique condition, it measures about 13.8cm by 9cm by 11.5cm.
