Daal Masala (Lentil Spice),

Ingredient Req: Moong daal (Petite yellow lentils) 175g, Masoor daal (red split Lentils) 50g, onion 125g, garlic 10 cloves, tomato 50g, green chilli 6-8, Dil leaves 1 tsp, curry leaves 10 leaves, Oil half cup, Daal masala 30-35g. Instruction: Fry onions for few mins in 2/3 oil, stir in daal masala and garlic, add both daals, tomato, dil leaves, green chillies, 6 cup water. Boil on low heat until dal tender and smooth, heat remaining oil separately and add curry leaves for few secs and pour it over the dal curry for Tarka and cover and cook for 15-20 mins.


Fiery Moroccan Spice,

A well-balanced blend of traditional Moroccan spices with a rich, flavourful low chilli kick and a refreshing minty aftertaste, a superbly universal blend that’s great for marinating most meats and poultry prior to roasting, baking or barbecuing, try mixing with minced lamb or beef for delicious kebabs/burgers or blending with mayonnaise for dips/ sandwich fillings, or mixing a little through freshly cooked couscous for delicious salad ideas.


Habanero and Lime seasoning,

A well balanced Mexican themed blend of ground habanero chilli, lime juice and selected spices that delivers an appetizing citrusy twang and a warming habanero hit. Dusted rubbed over poultry, meat and especially fish prior to roasting, grilling or barbecuing, also ideal to mix with a good oil to drizzle over salads and vegetables, or mixing into mayonnaise/hummus for a tasty twist to dips and brilliant for sandwich filling ideas.


Italian Seasoning,

Italian Seasoning has a very distinctive Mediterranean aroma and flavour of tomato and herbs, goes great with all meats, poultry, fish and vegetables. Mix with minced beef for tasty meatballs, burgers, sausages, add to chopped tinned tomatoes for sauces, plain vinaigrette for tomato and herb salad dressings, or mix with ketchup/ mayonnaise, cream cheese for delicious condiments dips, jacket potatoes/baguettes/wraps and sandwich filling ideas.

 

Mango Spicy Marinade,

Spicy Mango Marinade has a wonderful fruity aroma and a delicious spicy sweet flavour, dust evenly over chosen meat or poultry and allow as long as possible for the marinade to develop its mouth-watering flavour, grill, bake, fry or barbecue, also a great way to use is mix some of the marinade with a little water to make a concentrated paste great for spicing up stir fry or try mixing with mayonnaise and yoghurt for a great salad dressing or dip or sandwich filling.


Piri Piri, Steak Seasoning

Add Piri Piri spice to olive oil and drizzle on the top of chicken prior to cooking, this hot, fiery blend of spices can also be used in a variety of ways, but a little goes a long way, so use sparingly, used as a dry rub or wet marinade it adds flavour to poultry, fish, meat and vegetables. Sprinkle it lightly over freshly popped corn to make a tasty spicy savoury snack, or sprinkle over potato wedges or homemade crisps. Add to minced chicken or turkey with a little chopped onion to make your own spicy Piri Piri burgers. Mix into salad dressings or low fat yogurt to make marinades, dips or toppings for baked potatoes and salads, or sprinkle on to fish and roasts before grilling or baking.

 

Chicken Rub 

You can use this rub as a dry marinade for chicken and turkey, sprinkle it on to chicken breasts liberally and leave to marinade for 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge, if possible, to allow the flavours to permeate the chicken. Add to homemade chicken burgers, as a seasoning to stews and casseroles, this rub can even be added to breadcrumb coatings for chicken. It can also be used to ‘liven’ up a Sunday roast, brush a chicken or turkey with melted butter or olive oil and rub the chicken rub all over the skin, leave to marinate for several hours then roast as normal, for additional flavour sprinkle a little of the rub on to roast potatoes as well! For best results add two heaped teaspoons of this blend to a little oil or yoghurt and rub well into chicken pieces.

 

Chilli Con Carne 

To serve 4 use 45g, fry off your onion and mince, then add the spice blend and dry fry to help release the natural oils in the spice blend, add peppers, kidney beans and a carton of passata or a couple of cans of tomatoes and leave to simmer until cooked. If you like more fire to your chilli, then add a little more chilli or cayenne pepper to taste. You can also use this mix to pep up baked beans, flavour savoury rice, and use to make quick taco and enchilada fillings.

This tasty blend of classic Cajun spices can be used in a variety of ways, as a dry rub or wet marinade, it adds flavour to fish, meat and vegetables. Sprinkle it lightly over freshly popped corn to make a tasty spicy savoury snack, or sprinkle over potato wedges or homemade crisps. Add to minced chicken or turkey with a little chopped onion to make your own Cajun burgers. Mix into salad dressings or low-fat yoghurt to make marinades, dips or toppings for baked potatoes and salads.

Jerk Seasoning

Use as a dry marinade or make into a paste with oil, citrus fruit juice or wine vinegar. Simple mix the jerk seasoning with some olive oil/juice/vinegar and pouring over your meat, leave it to marinate for 30-40 minutes then drain the meat and barbecuing as normal, all the delicious flavours from the seasoning will get absorbed into the meat. Virtually any kind of meat, seafood and vegetables can be cooked jerk style, add to marinades and sauces, its perfect for BBQ’s sprinkle on steak, chicken, prawns before grilling to add a hot spicy flavour.


Meat Seasoning

You can use our meat seasoning in several ways, as a dry marinade for beef, lamb and veal, it goes really well with steak, simply give your chosen meat a generous coating of this seasoning and leave to marinade for 1 hour, or overnight in the fridge, if possible, to allow the flavours to permeate the meat. Or mix with oil and make a liquid marinade to soak your meat in. Add to homemade rissoles, sausages, burgers, and cottage pie bases for extra flavour. Add as a seasoning to stews and casseroles, it can also be added to your dumpling mix to make delicious savoury dumplings to accompany a stew, add to savoury crumble toppings, pies and breadcrumb coatings for meat, and also to gravies and stocks for additional flavour.

 

Taco Spice

Use simple as a seasoning for making a tasty taco filling. It can also be added to enchiladas and quesadillas recipes or to any Mexican style foods. We use Royal Mail's services for our shipping. Most items that are sent 2nd class services to every other weekday and they'll no longer deliver 2nd Class mail on Saturdays. They will aim to normally get delivered within 3-5 working days, however Royal Mail can sometimes take longer for delivery.

During bad weather conditions, holidays or sale days such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc, this duration can go up to 10 working days. Please be patient during these circumstances and allow a longer delivery time.

As per Royal Mail, items cannot be considered lost until 10 working days after due delivery date have passed.
