Bay leaves Dried
Hand selected bay leaves are of premium quality and
can be used to flavour both sweet and savoury dishes; the best flavour for
cooking, however, is obtained from dried leaves rather than fresh. Add to
pates, soups, stews and casseroles, bay works well with meat, fish and poultry.
Try adding a few leaves to delicately scent custard for serving with poached
peaches or apricots.

Curry leaves Dried
Curry leaves should be used sparingly as they have
a distinct flavour that can be over powering, they are used in South Indian and
Sri Lankan cuisine. Fry the leaves in oil to release their flavour then use to
make such dishes as Chicken Tikka, Butter Chicken, Kerala Curry and Dahl. Add a
few leaves to rice and grain dishes, chutneys, pickles, soups, casseroles and
madras style curry sauces, remember to remove the whole leafs before serving
the dish. In Indian the leaves are simmered in buttermilk and drunk to help
ease digestion.

With its earthy, green, aromatic flavour and aroma
coriander leaf is used extensively in Asian, Chinese, Middle Eastern and Latin
American cuisines. Coriander leaf can be added to breads, try making your own
naan breads with our coriander leaf and dried garlic. Add to marinades, sauces
and stir in to stuffing, stews, casseroles and dips.

Fenugreek Dried Leave
Fenugreek leaves are used in traditional Indian
dishes including Chicken Methi, Methi Puri, Makhani Chicken and in Madras curry
powder blends. They are also used to make paneer and in recipes for Green Thai
curry paste. Add a light sprinkling if leaves when cooking root vegetables such
as carrots and sweet potatoes.

Mint Dried Leave
Mint has a variety of uses in both sweet and
savoury dishes; it is a common flavouring in Middle Eastern and Indian cooking
where it is used in salads, teas, chutneys, relishes and sauces. Mint has a
distinctive, refreshing flavour that is particularly pleasant in summer drinks,
soups and salads. Try adding a little to a shortbread mixture with some
chocolate chips for a choc mint flavour. Sprinkle on fruit salads and savoury
salads and use to make classic mint sauce.

Peppermint Leave Dried
Peppermint leaves can make a wonderful addition to
pot-pourri and sachets to deter moths and ants. Infusions of the leaf can be
made into a rinse for oily hair, a facial tonic, or added to a stimulating
bath. The leaf can be used to make a refreshing tea, it is used in the
cosmetics industry to make soaps, foot care products, toothpastes and in the
food industry as flavouring. Jellies and cordials can be made from the leaves.

use Royal Mail's services for our shipping. Most items that are sent 2nd class
services to every other weekday and they'll no longer deliver 2nd Class mail on
Saturdays. They will aim to normally get delivered within 3-5 working days,
however Royal Mail can sometimes take longer for delivery.
During
bad weather conditions, holidays or sale days such as Black Friday, Cyber
Monday, Boxing Day, etc, this duration can go up to 10 working days. Please be
patient during these circumstances and allow a longer delivery time.
Please
allow 10 working days for items posted using Royal Mail's standard services
(2nd Class) before contacting us regarding an item not received as the item
will still likely be on its way to you. As per Royal Mail, items cannot be
considered lost until 10 working days after due delivery date have passed.
Contacting us will not speed up the process as once goods have been dispatched
it is beyond our control how quickly Royal Mail deliver items.
