Black Peppercorns
Black pepper is one of the most versatile spices and can be used in all kinds of savoury recipes, it can also be used in sweet recipes, try dusting strawberries or watermelon lightly with black pepper to bring out their flavours, black pepper can also be added to biscuits and sugar cookies. Add to salad dressings and sauces and use as a condiment.

White Peppercorns

White pepper has a milder flavour than black pepper and has a distinctive ‘bite’, it is used in Asia cuisine and is the preferred choice of pepper for chefs when seasoning light coloured foods such as Béchamel sauce, mashed potato and savoury custards. Use as a table condiment or add to salad dressings and sauces. White pepper has a milder taste than black pepper and adds a unique bite, both as a condiment and a seasoning. Our white pepper is selected and ground by experts.

Pink Peppercorns.

Pink peppercorns can be added to sauces for chicken and added to peppercorn sauce to serve with steak. They can also be added to other peppercorns to make your own pepper blends for your home pepper mill. They go well with steak, chicken and fish, add to salad dressings and marinades, the berries can also be added to vinegars and fruit syrups to add a little sweet spiciness.

Green Peppercorns

Green peppercorns are used in Asian cuisine, especially in Thai dishes but are sadly an underrated ingredient in European kitchens. Try adding them to cream-based sauces to accompany steak, chicken and fish. Add them to the water when poaching any meat or fish, or use in place of black peppercorns to impart a fresh, green and subtler pepperiness to your dish.

Mix Peppercorns 5

The mix is a blend of the black, white, green and pink peppercorns and fragrant, spicy allspice berries. The pink peppercorns are not actually peppercorn as they don’t come from the same plant family as peppercorns, they actually come from the cashew family, like the mango, pistachio and sumac trees, they still have a peppery flavour but are also slightly fruit and sweet, the flavour of the pink peppercorns perfectly complements the spicy rich flavours of the allspice and the robust flavours of the black peppercorns.

Sichuan Peppercorns

This Chinese Peppercorns is one of the key ingredients in Chinese food. Szechuan Peppercorns has a unique citrusy and slightly wood-infused pepper flavour and a strong heat that has a mild numbing effect on the tongue. The combination of the earthy and citrus aroma makes it great to use in Asian Cuisine or used with baked chicken, risotto, potato dishes, steak, popcorn, or soups. Lightly toast the tiny seed pods, then crushing them before adding them to food.
