These are 1/4" by 4 1/2" carbide-tipped hammer drill bits having an SDS+ mount. They are new, but old stock. Coated with rust inhibitor, but a few have light surface rust that doesn't harm their functionality. They're marked as made in the USA but have no manufacturer's name. They seem to be of a high grade tool steel because they make a nice ring when dropped on a concrete floor!
