This item is a bag of 20 of the 28mm tall Cone Spikes (and screws used for attachment).
 
These spikes have a narrow cone shape with a silver color finish. They stand about 0.5 inch tall (about 13 mm).  Each screwback spike comes with a silver screw for fastening onto clothing, bracelets or anything. Spikes are commonly used for Couture fashion with a street look, Dog Collars, Punk jackets, Gauntlets and Bracers, Bracelets, Goth apparel, etc. Some projects have also included these on Motorcycle fenders and other auto-custom designs.

They are easily applied with a screw and Phillips screwdriver. The screws are supplied with this item. Each spike has a tap on the bottom in which the screw is applied.
