This auction is for 6 yards of 1/3" wide Lilac Satin elastic. This is commercial lingerie elastic and is very soft and stretchy. It would be ideal for making doll lingerie and is pretty enough to be the finished edge of sleeves and legs, straps or anywhere a stretchy edge is needed. This soft elastic would also be beautiful for lingerie and children's clothing. This is not available in retail stores. It has a satin finish on one side and a brushed effect on the back. It was probably used primarily as bra straps.
This elastic is also available in separate listings in pink, red, light blue, nude and silver.
I am showing this elastic as the straps on the Lilac Lace Teddy that my Cissy is modeling.
This elastic is part of the stock liquidation of a high end lingerie mill that we have purchased. We also offer miniature lace and very narrow colored elastic (not available in retail stores) that would be suitable for doll clothing in our ebay store.
